Since we are all in quarantine for this pandemic I thought it was as good of a time as any to catch up on our blog. Amelia will be 14 months in a couple weeks and life has been crazy- I’ll try to catch y’all up one day! But for now lets talk about our sweet little girl…
The day she turned 9 months she woke up with a brand new front tooth! She’s spent over 2 weeks of this month with a runny nose and a little more fussy than usual- we are blaming it all on that tooth! She has become way more verbal in letting us know what she wants- even little temper tantrums when we put in her car seat (she’s perfectly fine within a minute or two she just doesn’t like the strapping in part)! She now has added “Dada”, “More” and “ut-oh” to her vocabulary! She throughly enjoyed her very first Halloween dressed up like “Bo-Peep” (see this blog post “You’ve Got a Friend in Me”) watching her sister eat candy but she’s looking forward to next month and being able to try some turkey on her first Thanksgiving!
This month she also went to Dollywood again, camped in Fancy Gap, and met Santa Clause! We are sad that this year is going by so quickly but we are really enjoying watching her grow and learn. Can’t wait to celebrate her first holidays coming up soon!
